Laboratory and Quality Assurance

All the raw materials, packing materials, and other input materials are tested and approved as per the quality plan. In Process testing, Ex-machine testing, Pre-packing inspection and preshipment inspection carried out as per the International Specifications / Customer Specifications.

Compounding

The Quality indigenous / Imported rubber chemicals and Latex are mixed as per special formulation. The chemicals are purchased from approved sub-contractors.
Production

Products are manufactured under controlled condition with consistent Quality.
Inspection

The Products are inspected and tested at all stages that is inprocess and final stages. The incoming raw material and packing materials are tested and approved every time.
Packing

Upon receipt all packaging and labeling materials are examined and tested to assure conformance with specifications.

An effective primary package for a medical device is designed and developed along with the product by considering device. Characteristics, Contamination control, Sterilization process, Sealing , Labeling , Secondary packaging, Shipping , Environment, Shelf life and end use.
